3. Network Integrity

Customers must not engage in behavior that could negatively affect the quality, performance, or security of Mobi Wave Recharge’s network. This includes hosting unauthorized servers, excessive bandwidth usage, or compromising system stability.

4. Fair Usage

Even on plans labeled as "unlimited," fair usage limits apply. Excessive or unreasonable usage may result in reduced speeds, temporary service limitations, or requests to modify your plan to better match your usage.

5. Enforcement

Mobi Wave Recharge reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce this Policy. Violations may lead to service warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination — and, in severe cases, legal action.
